How do I block ads in my browser?
You have three ways: cut down the annoyance from your browser’s settings, install an extension that blocks ads, or use a browser that blocks them by itself, with no extensions.
From your browser’s settings
In Chrome, for example: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Site settings, where you block pop-ups, redirects and intrusive ads.
That cuts down the annoyance, but it doesn’t block the ads inside the pages.
With a blocking extension
You install it from the official extension store, and it blocks most ads. Watch out for copycats and for the permissions it asks for.
With a browser that blocks them by itself
m7bok blocks ads and “Accept” pop-ups from the moment you open it, with no extensions and no settings.
