The service

m7bok is a free browser for Windows 11. Hammam is an AI assistant inside it that carries out the tasks you ask for in the browser, and in your PC’s apps and files if you allow him. After the free trial, Hammam is available with a monthly subscription.

m7bok is provided by Abdullatif Alyousef, as an individual. Contact: [email protected].

Your account

• You sign up with a valid mobile number linked to WhatsApp, and the account is yours alone.
• You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Hammam.
• You are responsible for your device and for what happens on your account, so don’t share sign-in codes with anyone.

Free trial and subscription

• Your first 14 days of using Hammam are free.
• After that the subscription is 39 SAR a month, with no other fees.
• You subscribe from your account page, and your subscription starts when you pay.
• The subscription renews automatically every month from the payment method you chose, until you cancel it.
• You can cancel it at any time from your account page, and it stays active until the end of the paid month.
• Payments are not refunded; the free trial lets you try Hammam before you subscribe.
• You receive an electronic invoice for every payment.
• The browser stays free whether or not you subscribe to Hammam.

Hammam acts on your behalf

• You are responsible for your requests to Hammam and for how you use their results.
• Hammam asks you before paying, buying, booking, sending something final or deleting. As an AI system he can make mistakes, so check important results before relying on them.
• We may pause Hammam temporarily if a fault appears that could harm you.

Acceptable use

Don’t use m7bok or Hammam for anything against the laws of Saudi Arabia, to harm or impersonate anyone, or to access accounts or systems without their owners’ permission. The sites and services you use through m7bok have their own terms, and you are bound by them.

Ownership

The m7bok name, logo and design are ours. Some parts of the browser are open-source software under their own licences.

Limits of liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be interrupted or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Deleting or suspending an account

You may delete your account at any time from your account page; it is deleted with its data as the privacy policy describes. If you have a paid subscription running, its renewal stops at once, and your account keeps working until the end of the paid period and is deleted then; until that date you can undo the deletion from your account page. If you sign up again with the same number, no new free trial starts; you continue with its remaining days, if any. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.

Complaints

Send your complaint to [email protected] or through the support page after signing in. We answer within 3 working days of receiving it and tell you what we did.

Updates to these terms

We publish any update on this page with its date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
