Delete your account and data

From the m7bok phone app

1. Open Settings, then “Your account”.
2. Choose “Delete your account” and read what will happen.
3. Confirm with the code sent to you on WhatsApp.

From the website

1. Sign in to your account page with your phone number.
2. Choose to delete the account, then confirm.

What is deleted and what is kept

• The account and its data are deleted: tasks, Hammam’s mailbox, support requests, and what the account keeps on our servers.
• If a paid period is running on your account, it is deleted when that period ends, and you can change your mind before then.
• After deletion we keep a fingerprint of the phone number, from which the number cannot be recovered, with its trial record, so the free trial cannot be repeated.
• Conversations and settings on your phone stay there until you delete the app or clear its data.

If you cannot sign in

Write to [email protected] with the registered phone number, and we will reply within 30 days.
